About the role

i.Self sourcing and also managing a team of SMs/DSTs in a location for building up of portfolio. ii. Managing key/strategic DSA relation and increasing sourcing of cases iii. Managing delinquency of Customers Responsibilitiesi. Responsible to source/build/manage LAP portfolio in a partcular location/City.Ii. Responsible for acquisition of LAP through DSAs as well as Branch Channeliii. Ensuring LAP disbursement as per budgetsiv. Ensuring revenue target for LAP in that locatin is also metv. Manage SM/DSTs for sourcing LAP cases along with Customer life cycle.vi. Ensure cross sell of insurance and other liability productsQualificationsExperience Range : 7 to 15 Years Qualifications :Graduate (Any Specialisation)
