Key Responsibilities-• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets• Expand dealer / medical equipment manufacturers / CSR network• Develop business in the wheelchair industry• Manage and grow key accounts• Ensure strong market coverage & product availability• Track competitor activities and identify growth opportunities• Execute sales strategies and drive on-ground implementation• Leverage B2B sales expertise for business development• Maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory• Demonstrate excellent communication & negotiation skills• Be passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented
Requirements-• 4–8 years of field sales experience (Medical Devices / Healthcare / B2B business development)• Strong network in the assigned territory• Excellent negotiation & relationship management skills• Highly self-driven with strong ownership mindset
