Managing deliverables of Payments Business to drive productivity and efficiency for the area.
Responsibilities• Responsible to meet budgeted target
• Daily monitoring of achievement and required run rate to achieve monthly and quarterly numbers
• Coordination with Branch Staff, Cluster Head, Zonal Head & BBH
• Collaboration with internal functions for better productivity and efficiencies
• Creating enablers and supporting branches for generating business
• Responsible to develop pull strategies to attract internal & external customers to apply for product
• Need to build a strong sales culture
Experience: 8 to 14 years

Graduation (Any Specialization)
