About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic AS400 Developers to join our banking technology team. The role involves requirement analysis, technical solution design, development, testing, and maintenance of AS400/RPG-based applications supporting core banking operations.
Technical Skills Required
  • AS400 Development
  • RPG400, RPG IV, RPGLE
  • CL, CLLE
  • DB2/400
  • SQL
  • Knowledge of THENON Change Management System
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and understand their impact on existing systems.
  • Design technical solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Develop and enhance AS400 applications to meet functional requirements.
  • Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure efficient, high-quality, and error-free development.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support multiple projects and deliverables independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Retail Banking or Core Banking applications.
  • Experience working with global teams and international stakeholders.
  • Understanding of banking processes, terminology, and business functions
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING
