Health Insurance - Area Sales Manager Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve health insurance sales targets across assigned territories and channels. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base, increase policy renewals, and drive revenue growth in line with company goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and corporate partners while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor team performance, conduct regular training sessions, and provide coaching to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, documentation standards, and internal processes while maintaining accurate sales reports and MIS data.
