About the role
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in asset servicing or corporate actions processing.
- Exposure to dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
- Experience coordinating with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
- Knowledge of entitlement processing and reconciliation.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle.
- Reconciliation and exception handling.
- Excel and MIS reporting.
- Documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Effective stakeholder coordination.
