Iden􀆟fy and mo􀆟vate poten􀆟al candidates to enroll for becoming agents  Ac􀆟vate cer􀆟fied agents through mobiliza􀆟on of minimum premium in s􀆟pulated 􀆟me  Ensure familiariza􀆟on of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the agents  Iden􀆟fy, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business & geographical segment  Ensure lower dormancy ra􀆟o of ac􀆟ve vs total agents.  Maximize mobiliza􀆟on through regular follow-ups & strengthening of rela􀆟onships with agents  Ensure constant upda􀆟ng of agent’s knowledge on new products and underwri􀆟ng policies  Troubleshoo􀆟ng with a) Underwri􀆟ng team for policy approval b) Branch opera􀆟ons team for policy issuance c) claims team for claims se􀆩lement d) Finance team for 􀆟mely disbursement of agent’s commission
