About the role
- Pick products according to customer orders.
- Pack and label orders accurately for dispatch.
- Sort incoming and outgoing products.
- Arrange products neatly in designated storage locations.
- Receive and organize new stock.
- Check quantities and product condition during receiving and dispatch.
- Maintain proper stock organization and cleanliness.
- Assist with loading and handing over shipments to delivery partners.
- Maintain purchase, sales, delivery, and inventory documents.
- Organize invoices, bills, receipts, and shipment records.
- Ability to handle physical warehouse work.
- Previous warehouse, e-commerce, inventory, or fulfillment experience is an advantage.
- Ability to lift and move packages when required.
- Keep documents properly labeled and easy to retrieve.
