Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage customer service delivery, account servicing, operational controls, and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Monitor branch productivity, transaction accuracy, cash management, and operational risk parameters.
- Lead and mentor branch operations staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with business, compliance, and support teams to drive seamless branch functioning and enhance customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-8 years of banking operations experience.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, regulatory compliance, and audit management.
- Proven team handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in retail branch banking and operational governance preferred
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests done by subordinates.
- Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery.
- Handle cash operations, including foreign exchange (FX) and traveler’s cheques (TCs), within prescribed limits.
- Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC.
