About the role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated sales professionals to join our Ad Sales team. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving revenue growth through space selling in the Delhi market, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across multiple categories.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through space selling in categories such as Education, Classifieds, and Features.
- Pitch clients effectively and present customized advertising solutions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.
- Visit clients regularly for new advertisements and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Conduct market research to identify and acquire potential clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Travel extensively across the country to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outside sales (any industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with established links to sales agencies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
