JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Assistant Engineer - I, Process
Experience : 4 - 8 years
Salary : 4 – 5 lacs / annum
Working days : 6 days working in shifts rotation
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible to trouble shoot and provide necessary actions in case of any issues with respect to machines, fixture and Pneumatic, Hydraulic, etc.
· Ensure process readiness prior to the Full Production Day and Start of Production (SOP)
· Analyse production feasibility (new technology/product on existing lines), prepares drafts of process line lay out;
· Validate the New Process/Machine/line through PpK Study, analyse and taking an action to make stable process
· Handle rejection analysis through 8D method & take appropriate CAPA (Corrective & preventive actions) & effectiveness monitoring to achieve Plant PPM Target
· Taking lead in Scrap reduction activity by taking an effective action & standardization & achieve scrap cost target
· Support maintenance team for troubleshooting machine issue.
· Need to do 4M analysis to support the high line efficiency
· Ensure Zero LTA/First Aid in Line/Gemba Safety Condition
· Responsible for SWS Study and make effective line balancing & doing ergonomics improvement
· Managing the red jail with immediate clearance of non-conformity parts via booking in ERP and responsible for disposal.
Requirements:
Qualification :
BE or Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Automotive industry preferably Assembly Process with automatic machine.
Skills :
· Good knowledge of Quality tools (SPC), ESD
· Good command of CAD, design experience will be advantage
· Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable, team player
· Effective communication
· Deal with Assembly Process Definition. Design new machines as well as improve existing processes
· Oversees Product and process validation as Process Team Member
· Deal with Validation and deep analysis on processes. Mixing Machine complexity problem solving with DL balancing
· Production line follow-up and problem solving
· Management of related documentation system to be compliant with customer and internal requirements
