KRAObjectiveKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Power Plant Equipment Reliability & AvailabilityEnsure safe, reliable and efficient operation of Boiler, Turbine, AHP, CHP & DM Plant equipment to achieve budgeted power generation.• Maintain 100% availability of critical equipment for power generation• Achieve planned power generation targets through effective maintenance• Complete preventive maintenance as per schedule• Zero major breakdowns due to maintenance lapses• Conduct RCA for failures and implement corrective actions• Maintain equipment history and reliability records in SAPShutdown & Maintenance ManagementExecute preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance activities effectively.• Timely completion of annual and planned shutdown activities• 100% compliance to maintenance schedules• Effective coordination with Operations, Electrical, Instrumentation and Chemical departments• Timely closure of SAP notifications and work orders• Improve equipment MTBF and reduce maintenance-related downtimeCost Optimisation & Efficiency ImprovementReduce operational costs through improved equipment performance and resource utilization.• Minimise auxiliary power consumption• Improve boiler and turbine efficiency• Reduce heat, steam, compressed air and energy losses• Optimise maintenance expenditure within budget• Ensure healthy condition of standby equipment to avoid production lossesOperational Excellence, IMS & System DevelopmentStrengthen plant systems through ISO, IMS, ABG OpEx and continuous improvement initiatives.• Implement Kaizens and improvement projects• Maintain plant MIS reports accurately and timely• Ensure compliance with ISO, IMS and statutory requirements• Complete documentation as per SOPs and standards• Maintain world-class housekeeping through daily audits and checklistsSafety & ComplianceBuild a zero-harm workplace and ensure adherence to all safety standards.• 100% PTW, LOTOTO and PPE compliance• Eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions• Conduct toolbox talks and safety interactions regularly• Promote near-miss reporting and corrective action closure• Participate in safety audits and inspection activities• Achieve zero reportable injuries and incidentsPeople Development & Team ManagementDevelop a high-performing maintenance team and foster a collaborative work environment.• Effective manpower planning and deployment• Ensure team discipline and engagement• Identify and close skill gaps through training• Facilitate knowledge sharing and succession planning• Develop team capability for equipment reliability improvement• Maintain healthy interdepartmental communication and teamwork
