Strategic & Business Acumen · This includes strategic thinking, commercial excellence with P&L management, deep industry expertise in PV, CV, FT, OHV segments · Develop and execute national sales plans and market expansion initiatives. · Identify emerging market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive insights. Sales & Business Development · Lead nationwide sales operations. · Build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier 1s. · Solution selling expertise, exceptional relationship-building skills at C-suite level, high energy and results orientation and executive presence for complex technical value proposition articulation · Drive demand generation and enhance market penetration. · Identify and develop new business opportunities through active market engagement. Team & Organizational Development · Build and lead a high-performing team. · Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and performance-driven culture. · Mentor teams across regions and functions to achieve business objectives. Customer & Market Management · Strengthen brand positioning and customer experience. · Building C-suite relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring retention and driving solution selling approach · Translate customer requirements into actionable business strategies. · Support product development initiatives through customer and market feedback. Financial & Commercial Management · Drive achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives. · Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning. · Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required. · Support pricing strategies through market and competitor analysis. Digital & Analytical Excellence · Utilize tools such as SAP, PLM, Power BI, analytics, and AI-driven insights for business decision-making. · Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. · Drive innovation and digital adoption within sales processes.
