POSITION PROFILE  Position Title Assistant Manager - PRC Location Kolar, P40 Industry  ADVIK is Tier I Automobile company and is leading manufacturer of Auto Components / Products like Oil Pumps, Tensioner assemblies, Fuel Pumps, Fuel feed Pumps, Fuel Cocks, Decompression Units, Water Pumps, One way clutch, Precise Machined Components like Pinions, Screws, Nuts & Control Shafts for Globally Renowned Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers. Established in the year 2000 ADVIK is growing @ 35% every year, with 6 plants fully operational at Chakan, Manesar (Hariyana), Pantnagar (Uttaranchal), Bangalore (Karnataka) & Gujarat. These plants will cater to the requirments of HONDA & 4 WH OEMs . ADVIK is largest 2W oil pump manufacturer & 2nd largest Tenioners manufacturer, supplying 13 out of 15 Two Wheeler manufacturers. ADVIK supplies to Honda manufacturing facilities worldwide and also to reputed brands like DUCATI, Harley Davidson etc.  Function  PRC Reports to  Manager - PRC Number of Direct Reports  1 Total Number of Report 10 Job Purpose PRC - Inward stores, Sales & Logistics, PPC, Indirect Purchase  Prinicipal Accountabilities  Acquainted with Store procedures, Sales, Logistics & hands on experience Direct & Indirect Purchase Manpower Handling Monitor timely dispatch of parts for smooth production & Prepare dispatch document for every lot Ensuring day to day operation of store & Dispatch function Inventory Management & Maintain store stock & System Stock Preparation of Scrap Note Supplier rejection document preparation & disposal Knowledge of TPM, IATF16949, ISO - EOHS Preparation of MIS report, Maintain FIFO system Keeping track of in/out movement of stores - New Stocks, repairable or returnable items Valuation for Monthly Stock, Conduct perpetual Inventory, reconciliation of dispatch details VS physical stock Ability to deal with suppliers to fulfill internal requirements SAP Requirements Essentials  BE/B.Tech/DME/Any Degree Experience  8 - 10 years Desirable  Exposure to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS - 45001 Travelling  May required  Functional Skills (Essential)  Sap,ms office Behavioural Skills Team Work, Presentation Skills,Self driven Key Interfaces / Interaction in the job  Inter Unit, Suppliers Growth Opportunities  Within group
