Job Title: Project Manager – IT Infrastructure Integration & Transformation

Reports to: [Head of Infrastructure]
Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap : build a 4 years roadmap with central infrastructure teams, to hire appropriate resources, align it with real estate teams, get go from sponsors (infra leads/CTO India, Global CTOs) .
- Integration & Transition Management: Measure the service level before the transition, define and supervise the steps to guarantee the quality of services during/after the transition.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute long-term integration roadmaps. Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable project milestones.
- Stakeholder Management & Influence: Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership. Use exceptional communication skills to influence decision-making, manage expectations, and align diverse stakeholder interests.
- Governance & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, define, and manage technical and operational risks. Implement robust mitigation strategies and ensure all integration activities comply with banking regulatory standards.
- Conflict Resolution & Arbitration: With the Infra managers, Facilitate and Measure the quality of integration between the incoming teams and existing infrastructure units.
Technical Competencies
The candidate must possess a deep operational understanding of modern IT Infrastructure in Production environment, specifically:
- Cloud & Virtualization: Strong knowledge of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and CaaS (Container as a Service).
- Modern Workplace: Proficiency in Digital Workspace technologies and end-user computing environments.
- Connectivity & Core Infra: Solid understanding of Telecom networks, Data Center technologies, and large-scale enterprise connectivity.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale Transition and Transformation (T&T) programs within a global banking environment.
- Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure offshoring services in India.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through organizational change.
- Methodology: Concrete experiences in program/project management.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical senior executives.
Preferred Attributes
- Banking Background: Direct experience working within large-scale French Banking institutions is highly advantageous (understanding of specific regulatory landscapes and organizational cultures).
- Multilingualism: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a significant plus.
