Assistant Manager/ Dy Manager- Sales Sourcing

Job Purpose:-

To drive qualified lead generation and channel partner engagement by sourcing potential customers through multiple platforms, networks, and relationships, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline for residential and commercial real estate projects.Roles & Responsibilities:-

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead Sourcing & Generation

·Identify, source, and qualify potential customers through digital campaigns, events, telecalling, referrals, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.

·Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients to generate consistent leads.

·Explore innovative sourcing methods (social media, property portals, exhibitions, roadshows).

·Channel Partner Management

·Onboard and engage channel partners and brokers to drive project sales.

·Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project updates for partners.

·Monitor channel partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

·Sales Support & Coordination

·Provide pre-sales support by coordinating site visits, project briefings, and customer engagement activities.

·Ensure timely sharing of brochures, price lists, offers, and marketing collateral with partners and prospects.

·Work closely with the sales team to ensure sourced leads are converted into bookings.

·Reporting & Analysis

·Maintain records of leads generated, site visits scheduled, and conversions achieved.

·Track sourcing channel performance and suggest improvements.

·Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports on lead generation and partner engagement.

Our Requirement:

·  Any Graduate

·  4–8 years of experience in sales sourcing, preferably in real estate.

·  Strong network with brokers, channel partners, and corporates.
