About the role
- Product Data Management
• Upload and update product details accurately.
• Verify titles, attributes, price, size, and metadata.
• Ensure descriptions align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct product-level QC.
• Resolve data discrepancies quickly.
- Image & Asset Coordination
• Ensure all products meet image SLAs.
• Validate image quality and alignment to GL standards.
• Work with photographers/content teams for re-shoots.
• Map all assets correctly on PDPs.
• Track pending imagery and follow up proactively.
- Category Mapping & Navigation Support
• Tag products to correct taxonomy and filters.
• Support creation of collections for launches, campaigns, and edits.
• Validate products on PLPs after go-live.
• Ensure consistency across app and website.
• Share suggestions on improving discoverability.
- Stakeholder Coordination
• Work with buying teams on product specs.
• Support digital ops for website/app readiness.
• Share updates with marketing on category completeness.
• Partner with CRM for accurate product feed integrations.
• Liaise with omni ops for inventory sync queries.
- Reporting & SLA Monitoring
• Maintain trackers for product onboarding.
• Monitor TAT and accuracy.
• Publish daily/weekly completeness reports.
• Highlight areas needing improvement.
• Participate in review meetings with Catalog Lead.
