About the role
Title: AM– Maintenance (Foaming)
Reporting to: Manager – Maintenance
Role Purpose: Foaming Maintenance Engineer to install and maintain industrial equipment and demonstrate high-level problem solving skills
Key Responsibilities
· Hands on experience on Door foaming m/c drum unit, wet part [ Make: cannon], Thermo regulator & chiller unit.
· Hands on experience on cabinet foaming m/c fixture, wet part [ Make: Cannon], Chiller, thermo regulation, transfer pump etc.
· Preventive maintenance & operations of Mixing Head, Calibration process etc.
· Knowledge of Chemicals in foaming operations, safety concern, calibration process, parameter setting etc.
· Knowledge & Maintenance of Mixing unit, chemical storage yard, Heat exchanger & delivery pumps etc.
· Check & maintain Cyclopentane yard equipment’s for preventive & breakdown maintenance.
· Knowledge of MTTR & MTBF.
· Knowledge of ISO documentation.
· Hands experience in RCA, CAPA, kaizen process
Key Skills
· Proven work experience as a maintenance Engineer
· Must have experience in Foaming Machines maintenance
· Prefer to have experience in white good industries
· Must Have hands on experience & working
· Advance troubleshooting skills.
· Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills.
· Advance Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and heating system.
· Analytical Skills

· Ability to work independently under the Maintenance manager and as part of Maintenance team.

- DME ( Mechanical) - 10+ years of work experience
- BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical) – 8+ Years of relevant experience
