About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily Restaurant, Bar and In-Room Dining operations.
Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to Accor brand standards.
Supervise, train and motivate the Food & Beverage Service team.
Monitor food & beverage revenue, upselling and operational costs.
Ensure accurate billing, inventory control and minimization of wastage.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, HACCP and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
Support F&B promotions, service quality initiatives and departmental profitability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, guests, and other departments.
- Experience: Relevant experience at similar Job profile
