About the role
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day hospital security operations and security manpower. Ensure safety and security of patients, attendants, staff, doctors, visitors and hospital assets. Monitor access control, CCTV surveillance, parking and critical areas. Handle security incidents, theft, patient absconding, disputes and emergencies. Coordinate with hospital departments, security agencies, police, fire and other authorities. Conduct security rounds, inspections, drills and staff briefings. Maintain security records, incident reports, MIS and compliance documentation. Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI and safety requirements. Identify security risks and implement corrective/preventive actions. Manage outsourced security manpower and monitor performance. Qualification & Experience: Graduate preferred with 5-7 years of experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare security management. Key Skills: Leadership, manpower management, crisis handling, incident investigation, CCTV/access control, emergency response, communication and coordination.
