Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Experience and knowledge in Stamping Die manufacturing process
  • Checking manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts
  • Perform complete process simulation in Autoform R12.0 software
  • Able to provide suggestions on die face and part modification to achieve First time Right Engineering
  • Knowledge of material properties, stress-strain curve, FLD curve for Steel, Aluminium, HSS, AHSS & UHSS materials
  • Achieve 100% green simulation with operation wise Spring back Analysis and compensation strategy planning
Preferred Industries Engineering Automobile Education Qualification Diploma in Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical General Experience 2-4 Yrs System Generated Core Skills Consumer Focus Sheet Metal Forming
