About the role
- Conduct training sessions and on-the-job certifications for new hires and existing employees, covering all necessary operational and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update training materials, ensuring they are engaging, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
- Track and monitor the training progress of employees, providing regular feedback and support to ensure their development.
- Conduct regular audits of store training health, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Work closely with store managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance store performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating new ideas into the training curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with all training-related regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
- Provide regular reports and insights on training effectiveness, suggesting improvements to the training program.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training or HR role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using training management software and tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
