About the role

• Design communication assets: brochures, one-pagers, reports, presentations, posters, banners, socialmedia and web graphics for programs, campaigns, training, and outreach.• Build and maintain brand-consistent templates for recurring assets; uphold Bala Vikasa’s visual identityacross all output.• Edit program documentation, training recordings, interviews, testimonials, podcasts, and event highlightsinto engaging video narratives.• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower-thirds, and overlays; edit livestreams, studio sessions,and promotional / campaign videos.• Receive and edit raw footage from the field photo/video consultant; manage, label, and archive project filesin the studio asset system.• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications and Digital teams to adapt narratives into visual and videoformats for online campaigns.
