Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist in preparing invoices and expense reports.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts and disbursements.
- Enter financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist in gathering documentation for audits.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) & ERP software and MS Excel.
Skills & Competencies :
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
