Key Roles & Responsibilities Achieve Targeted Slip Generation / Conversion Achieves Targeted GWP Achieve Targeted Portfolio Mix Achieve Profitability To concentrate on treaty going business Ensure a healthy combined ratio Broker Relationship Management GWP from existing and New channel recruitment Team Management Developing good relations with channel partners Key Requirements – Education & Certification 10-12 years of experience MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) Key Requirements – Experience & Skills Understands Insurance Business Should have Domain Knowledge Selling cycle knowledge Awareness of Regulatory & Legal Environment applicable to Business Communication skills - Written / Oral/ Presentation Negotiation Skills Developing good relations with brokers Responsiveness Remarks The details of this position are confidential.
