Key Roles &Responsibilities Product Development, Market Intelligence & Regulatory Compliance Analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to identify opportunity gaps and shape product strategy and roadmap. Lead product ideation; collaborate with actuarial/underwriting to finalize pricing, eligibility, and coverage. Prepare and review policy wordings and ensure full IRDAI compliance, including filings, approvals, and documentation governance. Technology, Digital Integration, Go?to?Market, Launch Execution & Performance Tracking Define digital journeys, product requirements, and system changes with technology teams. Strengthen servicing workflows and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience. Drive launch plans, onboarding programs, and channel readiness. Support sales and marketing with GTM materials, training, feedback gathering and channel performance. Wellness Ecosystem & Partner/Vendor Performance Management Lead end?to?end development and continuous refinement of wellness offerings aligned with customer needs and organizational strategy. Monitor partner performance (KPIs, SLAs, service quality, uptime, engagement), ensure UAT resolution, and drive data?led improvements including CSAT/NPS. Manage distributors, technology vendors, and consultants, ensuring delivery against SLAs and commercial terms. Influence cross?functional teams to meet product goals without direct authority. Key Requirements – Education & Certificates Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or insurance-specific qualifications preferred. 5-7 years’ experience in product management, vendor management, underwriting, or related domains. Exposure to both traditional and digital insurance products preferred. Key Requirements - Experience &Skills Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, actuarial concepts, and regulatory norms. Strong communication and cross?functional collaboration skills. Ability to lead complex projects and drive consensus. High ownership, analytical thinking, and sound decision?making. Market awareness and strong customer insight capability.
