About the role
- Business Development: Drive new client acquisition and expand the HNI/UHNI client base through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve assigned revenue, Assets Under Management (AUM), and product-wise sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with affluent clients, family offices, business owners, and other high-value prospects.
- Investment Solutions: Work with investment and product teams to offer suitable solutions across mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), alternative investment funds (AIFs), fixed income, structured products, and other approved investment offerings, as applicable.
- Portfolio Growth: Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase client wallet share and deepen relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client investment preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with research, product, operations, compliance, and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to applicable SEBI regulations, internal policies, KYC/AML requirements, suitability standards, and client documentation procedures.
- MIS & Reporting: Track sales pipelines, client acquisition, revenue performance, AUM growth, and business forecasts.
