About the role
- Operate and monitor blow molder, rinser, and shrink wrapper machines
- Perform routine setup, changeovers, and adjustments to meet production schedules
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards
- Record production data, machine parameters, and maintenance logs
- Coordinate with material handling and quality teams for seamless workflow
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist in inventory management of packaging consumables
- Participate in shift handovers and communicate status updates
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience operating packaging machinery in FMCG or beverage industry
- Basic understanding of blow molding, rinsing, and shrink wrapping processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP)
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and overtime as needed
- High level of attendance and punctuality
