Job Title & Introduction: Associate Director - Category Management, Bengaluru As an Associate Director - Category Management, with 4-8 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious growth strategy. Your analytical acumen, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in managing and delivering various critical components of our B2C business P&L. Role and Responsibilities (What You'll Do): - Manage the various components of the business P&L - Monitor and manage key business metrics including customer acquisition/retention, conversion, segment/booking volumes, net revenue, revenue per segment, marketing/discounts per segment, and EBIT - Provide critical inputs to the Supplier Relations team for their ongoing discussions with various airlines - Keep abreast of global trends and implement strategies for business growth and evolution Qualifications (What You'll Bring): Must-Haves: - 4-8 years of experience in Category Management - Highly analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel - Strong communication and team management skills Preferred: - Experience in the Home Category or similar industries - Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional projects Why Join Us?
