About the role

Responsibilities:

  • You'll lead product for the entire NoiseFit app—not a slice of it.

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

Product and User Experience:

  • End-to-end app experience across health, fitness, wellness, engagement, and connected devices.
  • Activation and onboarding strategies focused on improving first-week user retention.
  • Daily habit loops, features, and notifications that drive consistent user engagement.
  • Health intelligence solutions that convert raw sensor data into actionable insights.
  • AI/ML-driven personalisation through smart recommendations, contextual coaching, and adaptive goal-setting.

Growth and Business:

  • Retention strategies involving streaks, challenges, communities, and rewards to reduce churn.
  • Monetisation through subscriptions, premium wellness content, and partnership integrations.
  • Experimentation through A/B testing, funnel analysis, rapid iteration, and continuous product improvements.
  • Device-app integration connecting wearable device experiences with mobile applications.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Hardware teams.

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years in consumer product management, with a clear track record of building and scaling B2C mobile apps.
  • Someone who thinks about user emotion as much as user flow. The best features in a health app don't just work—they make you feel something.
  • Deep comfort with product analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar.
  • You should be able to diagnose a retention problem from a funnel before you ask for a dashboard.
  • An experimentation mindset: you ship fast, measure honestly, and know the difference between a feature that feels right and one that actually works.
  • Strong design partnership instincts: You have UI/UX opinions, you push back on bad patterns, and you elevate the craft in every review. -
  • The ability to hold vision and execution simultaneously—this is not a strategy role with someone else doing the detail work.
  • You'll write the PRD and present the quarterly roadmap in the same week.
  • Genuine curiosity about Indian consumers—tier-2 users, first-time health trackers, and people who've never used a fitness app. The product has to work for them, not just for people who already know what a VO2 max is.

Why this role, why now?

  • The scale is immediate: Your first feature ships to tens of millions of users. There's no 'build the audience first' phase. The distribution is already there. The category is wide open. Health and fitness tech in India is still nascent. The conventions haven't been set. You're not iterating on someone else's roadmap—you're writing the original one.
  • Hardware meets software: With Bose as a strategic partner and a full device team in-house, you're building at the intersection of sensors, audio, AI, and behaviour change. That combination exists almost nowhere else.
  • Real ownership: You define the strategy and execute it. No layers of stakeholder approval for every decision. Short cycles, high trust, high accountability. A team that ships. Noise has gone from startup to India's #1 wearable brand in under a decade. The culture is fast, direct, and obsessed with the product being good—not just done.
