About the role
- Assist in delivering the Mathematics and Science curriculum for students across various grade levels.
- Support the lead teacher in planning and preparing lesson materials and activities.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students to enhance their understanding of Math and Science concepts.
- Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
- Foster an interactive and engaging classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during class activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Mathematics/Science).
- Teaching certification (if required by local regulations).
- Strong understanding of Math and Science concepts and curriculum.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for educating and mentoring students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
