About the role
- In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual commitments, and execution strategies
- Additionally, you will establish baseline schedules, track project progress against approved plans, analyze schedule variances, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines
- Furthermore, you will perform critical path analysis, monitor critical and near-critical activities, identify potential schedule risks and delays, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation plans to minimize project impacts
- Meanwhile, you will collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/C, HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless schedule integration, resource optimization, and effective project coordination
- Consequently, you will monitor project performance, assess actual progress against planned targets, and provide accurate forecasting of milestones, deliverables, and project completion dates
- Moreover, you will prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management updates to support informed decision-making and project governance
- Finally, you will participate in project review meetings, communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery strategies, and support the successful achievement of project scope, quality, budget, and schedule objectives
