About the role
Job Summary:We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely stock movement, and minimizing inventory discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily inventory activities and maintain accurate stock records.

Monitor stock levels, inward and outward movement, and inventory ageing.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and internal teams for smooth stock movement.

Prepare inventory reports and MIS.

Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain inventory accuracy.

Support cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Inventory Management.

Experience in warehouse/inventory operations is preferred.

Good knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stock control.

Hands-on experience with SAP/WMS/ERP systems.

Good Excel and MIS reporting skills.

Strong coordination and communication skills.
