Architecture Design
Define Entra ID reference architectures design standards security baselines guardrails and roadmap recommendations
Design workforce and external identity solutions across cloudonly hybrid multitenant and merger or migration scenarios
Lead technical discovery currentstate assessment targetstate design solution review and implementation planning
Review licensing dependencies operational readiness resilience supportability and security impacts of proposed designs
Authentication Identity Security
Design Conditional Access MFA authentication methods passwordless authentication strengths session controls and breakglass arrangements
Implement and optimize Identity Protection riskbased access security monitoring privileged role controls and identity posture improvements
Design Entra Privileged Identity Management access reviews entitlement management and lifecycle workflows where applicable
Guide remediation of insecure configurations excessive privileges stale identities legacy authentication and weak application settings
Hybrid Identity Application Integration
Design Entra Connect Sync Cloud Sync federation domain tenant and identitysource integration patterns
Lead SSO and provisioning integrations using SAML OAuth 20 OpenID Connect SCIM certificates secrets managed identities and service principals
Provide guidance for enterprise applications app registrations consent API permissions B2B collaboration and external identities
Support tenant consolidation domain migration application migration and authentication modernization
Operations Governance Leadership
Act as L4 escalation for complex signin synchronization token federation application PIM and Conditional Access issues
Develop standards runbooks control evidence monitoring requirements and knowledgetransfer material
Lead workshops and collaborate with security application workplace infrastructure network PKI SOC and audit teams
Mentor Entra ID engineers and analysts and provide technical quality assurance
