Role OTC Principal Consultant
Key Responsibilities
OTC Solution Architecture Consulting
Lead endtoend SAP OTC solution design and architecture discussions
Conduct business process assessments and requirement gathering workshops
Define futurestate business processes aligned with SAP best practices
Drive fitgap analysis and recommend standard SAP S4HANA capabilities
Provide strategic recommendations on process transformation and optimization
SAP S4HANA Implementations
Lead Greenfield Brownfield and system conversion projects
Design scalable OTC solutions across multicountry and multibusinessunit landscapes
Support project lifecycle activities including design build testing deployment and hypercare
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including MM PP FICO WMEWM TM and GTS
Data Migration
Support OTCrelated data migration strategies
Lead migration of Business Partners Customers Pricing Conditions Contracts Open Sales Orders and Master Data
Work closely with data conversion teams to ensure accurate and complete migration
RFP Presales Support
Prepare RFP responses solution proposals effort estimations and implementation roadmaps
Create solution demonstrations value propositions and business cases
Participate in client presentations workshops and solution defence discussions
Functional Expertise Required
The candidate should possess strong handson expertise in
Core OTC Processes like Sales Order Management Pricing Order Fulfillment Logistics Execution Invoicing including einvoicing Returns Management Revenue Recognition
Advanced OTC Scenarios like Scheduling Agreements Consignment Sales Contracts Intercompany Processing MaketoOrder MTO
SAP S4HANA Expertise in Advanced ATP aATP Business Partner BP Settlement Management Output Management BRF Fiori Applications Embedded Analytics
Strong understanding of SAP Business AI Innovation including SAP Business AI capabilities SAP Joule Generative AI applications in OrdertoCash Business process automation opportunities within OTC Candidate should be capable of conceptualizing and presenting innovative AI use cases that deliver measurable business value
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S4HANA Certification preferred
Experience in Manufacturing Automotive HiTech Consumer Goods Life Sciences or Industrial sectors
Experience working with global delivery models and large transformation programs
Exposure to SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Signavio is an added advantage
