Lead and drive advanced research initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies Develop novel algorithms and models leveraging machine learning deep learning natural language processing and computer vision Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate research outcomes into scalable AI solutions Stay abreast of the latest trends and breakthroughs in AI and GenAI to maintain technological leadership Mentor and guide research teams to foster innovation and technical excellence Design and oversee experiments to validate AI models ensuring robustness and accuracy Contribute to the development of AI frameworks and tools that support generative AI applications Engage with stakeholders to align AI research objectives with business goals
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution of AIGenAI research projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals Drive innovation by proposing and implementing cuttingedge AI techniques and architectures Collaborate with product managers engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into products Analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve model performance and reliability Oversee the evaluation and validation of AIgenerated outputs to ensure quality and consistency Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior researchers and engineers Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to publications patents and presentations Manage research resources and coordinate with external partners or academic institutions as needed
