About the Role We’re looking for a smart and curious Associate Product Manager (APM) to help us build great products that solve real problems for our users. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and other teams to understand customer needs, prioritize features, and make sure we deliver the best possible user experience. This is a great opportunity if you're early in your product career and excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. ? Key Responsibilities ? Help gather and understand feedback from users and internal teams ? Assist in writing product requirements (what a feature should do) ? Work with design and tech teams to plan and deliver new features ? Test and review product updates before they go live ? Monitor how features are performing and suggest improvements ? Help manage product timelines and keep things on track ? Communicate clearly with stakeholders about updates and changes ? What You Should Know or Be Willing to Learn Understanding of how digital products are built (apps, websites, platforms) Basic knowledge of tools like Trello, Jira, or Notion (or similar) Comfortable with basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools) A curious mindset — asking “Why?” and digging deep into user behavior Good communication and teamwork skills ? Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in product, tech, or related roles (internships count!) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields Strong interest in product management and problem-solving Bonus: Experience working on side projects, startups, or in tech teams ?
