Job Purpose : Supervising entire plant operations & manpower management in the new plant at Byadgi unit 2 Duties and responsibility: • Supervising entire plant operations. • Data collection & compiling • Willingness to work in shifts • Ability to work as a team • Report making • Manpower management Functional Knowledge : Plant operation activities, Food Safety, GMP, SAP Knowledge, Manpower Management Key Skill Sets: Teamwork, Communication, Technical Skills, Observation skill, lnnovation Basic Qualification: BE/ Diploma (Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering) Additional Qualification: Nil Years of Experience: 2-6 Years Location Preference: Nil Industry Preference: Food / Pharma industry, Solvent Extraction Plant / Continuous Process industry experience is preferred
