About the role

About WEQWEQ Technologies is a Mumbai-based, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified company. We build custom software, enterprise platforms and AI automation for large organizations in manufacturing, logistics, automotive and other process-heavy industries. Our work is process digitization and workflow automation: taking how a business really runs, including approvals, dealer and field operations and ERP/CRM handoffs, and turning it into software that works.About the roleThis is not a "chase the status" job. You will be the client's day-to-day delivery partner and the link between what the business needs and what the tech team builds. You will learn requirement gathering and delivery from senior leaders, use AI tools every day to work faster and sharper, and take ownership of parts of live client projects early. What you will do
- Understand the business: join discovery sessions, map current-state and future-state processes, and document them clearly.
- Turn needs into specs: write BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria that developers and QA can build and test against.
- Run delivery: plan work and track milestones, dependencies and client actionables using our delivery SOP (WBS, release plans, Dev/SIT/UAT/Production).
- Manage scope: log and manage change requests, and separate bugs from enhancements and new features.
- Keep clients informed: send weekly status reports and Minutes of Meeting within 24-48 hours, and escalate red flags within 24 hours.
- Protect quality: coordinate testing and defect tracking, and drive UAT to sign-off.
- Track effort: keep an eye on time and budget burn against plan.
- Work with AI: use AI tools to draft MOMs, status reports, specs and test cases, and to analyze requirements. You review and improve the output. You never just paste it.
- 1-3 years in IT project coordination, business analysis or delivery.
- A working grasp of SDLC and delivery methods (Agile, Kanban or a structured plan-based approach).
- Clear written and spoken communication. You can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical client in plain language.
- Structured, detail-oriented follow-through. Nothing slips because you assumed someone else had it.
- Everyday, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot). Be ready to show us how you have used them to save time or improve your work.
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and writing clear project documents.
- Exposure to enterprise workflows such as ERP/CRM (SAP, Salesforce, JD Edwards, Zoho), approvals, logistics, dealer networks or manufacturing operations.
- Experience with any PM tool (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Familiarity with Figma, Miro or process-mapping tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Basic awareness of how AI and automation projects differ from regular software, such as defining success criteria, data readiness, and pilot versus production expectations.
- Curiosity about how businesses actually run.
- Ownership: you follow a problem through to the end.
- Comfort asking questions and pushing back politely when a requirement is unclear.
- Work directly with enterprise clients on real digitization and AI projects.
- Get trained in requirement gathering and consulting by senior leadership. This is a real path into functional consulting, not just coordination.
- Clear growth path: Associate Project Consultant → Project Consultant → Delivery Lead.
- Small team of about 22, where your work is visible from month one.
