Job Description: As a Graduate Software Engineer at QualMinds, you will be an essential part of oursoftware development team. Responsibilities:
• Software Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test,and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements.• Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as[C#.Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server]• Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutionswhile adhering to best practices.• Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in quality assuranceactivities to ensure the reliability and robustness of software applications.• Documentation: Document code, processes, and procedures to maintain a comprehensiveknowledge base for future reference.• Collaboration: Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and other stakeholdersto understand project requirements and contribute to software design.• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practicesto continuously improve your skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or a relatedfield with 75% of aggregate throughout the academics, who passed out in 2024/25.2. Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.3. Technical exposure on C# .Net, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript & SQL Server.4. Good understanding of Linux, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker)5. Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and strong communication skills.6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.7. Passion for software development and a desire to build innovative solutions.
