About the role
Role: Associate / Team Lead Experience: 3+ years Location: Pondicherry / Trichy (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth content review and quality checks in the assigned subject area (Life Science, preferably Biotech). Ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to academic and publication standards. Conduct or support peer reviews and provide constructive feedback. Handle escalations, clarify complex subject-related queries, and guide team members. For Team Lead level: mentor associates, monitor quality metrics, and support delivery targets. Required Skill Set: Strong subject-matter expertise in Life Science. Prior experience in peer review or academic/content review is preferred. Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight timelines.
