This positionis responsible forInspection of machined components.
Preparation and maintenance of Control formatspertaining tomachine shop.
Usage of instruments as per control plans.
Clearing machined components for furtherprocess.
Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:
Inspection of machined components
Inspection ofgeometricaltolerances on the machine.
CMMcheck ofkey components.
Maintaining inspection tools.
Calibration.
Preparation of control charts.
Raising NCs and conducting root cause analysis.
Implementation of mitigation actions.
Method for new components.
Continuous improvement.
Document digitalization.
Result analysis.
Key Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical
Job Experience:
7to10years in a machine shop.
Experienceto useinstruments such as Micrometer, Pi tape and bore dial gauges.
Experience in gear measurements.
Experience in Kaizen
Internal auditor ISO9001
Good communicationskill.
Data analysis and presentations.
Desirable Job Competencies:
Good in communicative English.
Ability to prepare and present power point presentations.
Green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
Level II certificates in NDT such as UT, MPT and PT
Self-starter & strongly self-disciplined
Can work with minimum supervision
