About the role
• Ensure production of raw coal & Excavation of OB from specified section in respective shifts.• Ensure adherence to all applicable Safety standards / procedures by sub-ordinates / contract employees.• Ensure compliance of The Mines Act, C.M.R. Mines rules, statutory permissions, other statutory rules and regulations• Shift Planning and implement measures to ensure compliance to KPI relating to productivity and quality as per ABP.• Involvement in improvement initiatives within the department.• Implementation of SOP’s and standards at shop floor• Maintain all data related to statutes, production, productivity and other activities falling under your purview.• Productivity of HEMM and effective utilization of manpower
