Engineer Quality (6 Years Minimum)
JOB Description
- Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes or Industrial Processes.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- Sound Interpersonal and Teamwork skills.
- Good Problem-Solving Skills.
- Identify Root Causes against Non-conformities and implement Corrective Actions
- Handling Customer Complaints and providing root cause analysis within the time frame
- Conduct and maintain Records of IQA Audits as per IQA Audit Plan & Ensure IQA's effectiveness is laid down within all Departments
- Ensure the conduction of Process & Product Audits as per Plan
- Ensure the closure of Audit NCs with proper Root Cause Analysis within the prescribed time
- To Monitor & Review of Internal & External issues
- To Monitor & Review of requirements of Interested Parties, for both Internal & External
- Determine & Analyse the Risks and Opportunities
- Ensuring that the integrity of the Quality Management System is maintained when changes to the Quality Management System are planned and implemented
