About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of PLC and SCADA-based automation systems.
- Work on Schneider M580 PLC for programming, troubleshooting and system integration.
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain Citect SCADA / Power Operation systems.
- Execute site commissioning activities, including system testing, fault diagnosis and resolution.
- Coordinate with project, engineering and customer teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities.
- Prepare commissioning reports, technical documentation and site-related reports.
- Provide technical support and resolve PLC/SCADA-related issues at customer sites.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards and site safety requirements.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or relevant engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric Modicon M580 PLC.
- Strong working knowledge of Citect SCADA / Schneider Electric Power Operation.
- Experience in PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, configuration and system integration.
- Strong site commissioning and troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of DC BMS commissioning will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
