Job Title: QA Automation Engineer (Java + Selenium + AI)

Job Description: Senior Automation Engineer with experience in Selenium with Java, incl manual testing, and with AI-driven tools to accelerate test automation and improve testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver
● Design and enhance automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit, Page Object Model, etc.)
● Execute automated test suites and analyze results
● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
● Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
● Ensure test coverage and improve test efficiency through automation
● Work on CI/CD integration (Jenkins or similar tools)
● Leverage AI tools to improve test case generation, defect prediction, and overall testing efficiency
Required Skills:
● Strong hands-on experience in Java programming
● Expertise in Selenium WebDriver
● Experience with TestNG/JUnit
● Good understanding of automation frameworks (POM, Data-driven, Hybrid)
● Working knowledge of AI tools in testing/automation
● Experience with API testing (Rest Assured/Postman)
● Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
● Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
Good to Have:
● Experience with AI-based testing platforms/tools
● Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
● Basic knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter)
● Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
