Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester with strong experience in functional and integration testing, along with hands-on knowledge of databases. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to the US Healthcare domain and the ability to ensure the quality and reliability of critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
- Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Identify, record, and track bugs through defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Validate data using SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL queries during testing.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices across all releases.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in manual testing (functional + integration).
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare domain (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with databases – SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
- Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
- Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
