About the role
• Work on QA processes for CVA technology with focus on execution of on execution of automation and functional testing across various process ETL, API/SOAP and Desktop GUI. • Understand requirements, create test cases (unit/component/multi-component), automate, and deliver projects. • End to End QA Delivery of Complex Enterprise application. • Participate integration and fleet testing both automated and manual. • Contribute to develop common automation utilities for the Agile Squad / Fleet. • Working experience with various teams and stakeholders across geography and time zones to ensure QA deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
Skills Required: • 3+ years of experience in Automation testing. • Demonstrate expertise in automation strategy and planning – for both UI and Backend. • Expertise in coding preferably python. • Strong knowledge of test harness frameworks and coding best practices • Demonstrate expertise in automation framework development with continuous improvements and reusability in mind. • Strong knowledge on SQL and Experience with ETL Testing. • Exposure to Unix & Shell scripting. • Take initiative, analyse, summarize, and communicate effectively. • Investigate, identify issues, impacts and trends as a result of QA testing to propose comprehensive solutions. Good To have Skills: • Experience in Pandas, Pytest, API (using requests or urllib), threading. • Experience in on stored procedures, functions in addition to DDL/DML • Strong team and task management skills • Exposure to financial and banking domain
