About the role
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining test specifications of SW functions.
- Responsible for performing tests and ensuring traceability according to given requirements and specifications.
- Participates in the automation (using internal tools or other programming languages) of manual tests.
- Responsible for setting the test environment components according to the project needs.
- Contributes to planning by providing effort estimates for own tasks.
- Responsible for delivering test results according to the defined test process.
- Collaborates with the Test Manager, more experienced colleagues, and the Quality Engineer in verifying own test results.
Requirements:
- Experience in testing SW systems of automotive clusters/infotainment systems, preferably experience in Automation testing.
- Automotive protocols such as CAN, UDS, etc.
- Practical experience using test tools: instrumentation for measurement and control (e. g. oscilloscope, power supply).
- Knowledge of tools such as CANoe, DOORS, JIRA.
- Practical programming experience (programming languages used for test automation): CAPL, Python.
- Good Planning, coordination, and Communication Skills.
