About the role
Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.* Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.* Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.* Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.* Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification* Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.* Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.
Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.* 5+ years of experience in avionics software development.* Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended* Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design, development, integration, and verification.* Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.* Strong programming skills in C/C++, scripting languages, and embedded real-time software development.* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
